Role:

• Perform a variety of tasks and routines within the production area and operate multiple pieces of equipment with limited supervision. Ensure production is carried out in accordance with established safety, quality, efficiency, and other operational standards.

Competence:

• Basic education
• Computer skills at user level.
• Forklift operator certification.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to all safety, quality, environmental, organizational policies, and procedures in all job tasks and functions. Recognize Safety, Quality, and Sustainability as Core Operational Principles, which must always remain the highest priorities.

2. Set up and adjust machine parameters (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to run production cycles with limited supervision, applying job-specific knowledge and skills.

3. Follow all job-related procedures within the work area. Monitor machine operations, including making necessary adjustments and minor repairs to produce quality material that meets company processes and product specifications. Ensure daily housekeeping tasks are completed.

4. Communicate with appropriate team members regarding any machine issues, material changes, or quality-related concerns.

5. Assist maintenance personnel when required.

6. Support the training of other employees.

7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

8. Support the company's Sustainability Policy through proper waste segregation and by applying best practices to control the consumption of resources (energy, water, etc.).

9. Adhere to the Core Operational Principles.
