We’re looking for Order to Cash Junior Specialist (Cash Collection) for Amer Sports’ office in Kraków

We're searching for Junior Collections Specialist with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail who is responsible for managing and collection of all outstanding accounts receivables from wholesale customers.

What you will be doing

• Monitor and manage the customer portfolio – Monitor aging on a daily basis, manage the assigned portfolio, follow up regularly with overdue accounts, and maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
• Manage credit holds and customer accounts – Review orders on hold and resolve credit hold issues; contact customers with overdue accounts to collect past-due balances or negotiate acceptable payment plans; use internet searches and other tools to locate customers who have been unresponsive.
• Handle customer and internal communication – Address customer queries related to billing, orders, credit notes, and other account matters; handle inbound and outbound customer calls; respond to emails from customers and internal teams, including Sales, CX, and other ITC teams.
• Support credit operations and team continuity – Cooperate with the Credit Manager on an ad hoc basis and participate in collection calls; execute the employee backup plan to ensure continuity of operations.
• Support team development and process improvement – Conduct on-the-job training for new joiners and create and/or update desktop procedures to ensure consistent and effective execution of processes.

What you need to succeed

• Experience – Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or equivalent experience.
• Language – Fluent English at an professional level - both spoken and written.
• Education – Bachelor’s degree or completion of at least three years of undergraduate studies, preferred but not required.
• Knowledge & Skills – Basic knowledge of collections procedures and credit policies, basic Excel knowledge, including filtering and sorting data imported from SAP, basic calculations, cell formatting, and keyboard shortcuts, basic knowledge of SAP transactions and other tools/applications needed for the job.
