Part-time Housekeepers in Helsinki city center

Our sunny team is looking for
part time hotel cleaners in Helsinki city center
either in a 4-star or in a 5-star hotel.
The work includes cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets ensuring they meet hygiene standards, changing bed linens and make the bed tight, cleaning floors, dusting the surfaces, emptying trash containers and dispose of waste.
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas of the hotel and other designated spaces are kept tidy and sanitary, creating a pleasant environment for guests and staff alike.
The work is physically demanding and requires good condition.
Work schedule:
- Shifts available from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Occasionally night shifts.
- Mailnly morning and daytime shifts (8:00AM-5:00PM)
- Weekly working hours range 5–30 hours, max. 5-6 days a week (may be 30+ workhours during the busiest weeks).
- The work environment is fast-paced and independent.
We expect from you:
- Must be of legal age (at least 18 years)
- A valid residence permit that entitles you to work in Finland in cleaning filed
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the cleaning industry, particularly in hotel cleaning
- Good physical condition and and ability to work under pressure of timeframes
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent English language skills are required (level C), and proficiency in Finnish is a plus
Notes about the site:
- English is used as the working language in the team.
- Challenging site requiring speed and thorough cleaning.
- Ability to see the big picture and organize one’s own work is important.
- Large team on site; all employees will be trained and oriented to the job.
The salary is in accordance with the collective agreement of the Real Estate Service Industry (Kipa TES).
Salary group 2 or 3 (12,54-12,88€/h) depending on job role.
Work starts according to contract during March.
