We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our team in the US. In the Partner Manager role, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including resellers, distributors, and other go-to-market partners, to drive revenue growth and expand the reach of HappyOrNot's solutions across various industries. The sales territory is inclusive of the entire Americas region with an emphasis on the United States.

In this role you will:

  • Assist in developing and executing the company’s partner sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in the region.
  • Identify, engage, and recruit new partners - including resellers, distributors, and go-to-market partners, and establish strong business relationships.
  • Drive the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell HappyOrNot's solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, including marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and sales enablement activities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive mutual success.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to partners and their customers to showcase the value and benefits of HappyOrNot's solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HappyOrNot's product portfolio, competitive landscape, industry trends, and market conditions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and make recommendations for product enhancements or modifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and support for partner initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partner interactions, and pipeline management in the company's CRM system.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success with a minimum of 5 years in new partner recruitment and partner sales management, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and experience in developing and managing partner networks in the region.
  • Professional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Spanish language skills a plus but not required.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the US regularly (and other locations in the Americas region as needed).
  • Familiarity with customer experience management, feedback solutions, or related industries is a plus
