Partner Support Coordinator – Singapore

We are looking for an English-speaking Partner Support Coordinator to strengthen our Partner Support team. The team strives to provide an excellent customer experience to all Framery customers and support Framery Sales team. The role will be based in Singapore and you will report to Partner Support Team Lead based in Finland.


Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Entering Sales Orders and Spare Part Orders in ERP (NetSuite)
  • Handling communication with customers in diverse matters (order confirmations,
    shipment tracking, claims and spare parts)
  • Coordinate delivery logistics
  • Processing improvement projects
  • Internal communication throughout the whole factory


Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Customer service oriented attitude and enjoyment in talking to new people
  • Ability to adapt new information and ability to utilize it 
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and varying daily tasks
  • Proactive “self-starter” attitude with a “get it done” mentality
  • Organized working style and strong communications skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in English and Chinese. Additional langauge skills are considered advantage
  • Understanding of global logistics and supply chain is considered advantage.
  • Customer service oriented attitude and enjoyment in talking to new people
