To ensure our successful growth and world-class customer service in the future, we are looking for a Partner Support Coordinator to join Framery’s Partner Support team at our HQ in Tampere. This position is a fixed-term position until the end of June 2025.
Your role
The team strives to provide an excellent customer experience to all Framery dealers and support the Framery Sales team. As a Partner Support Coordinator, you will take care of entering orders for pods and handling diverse sales support tasks globally. You will support our partners with their questions related to e.g. orders, deliveries, invoices, and product information and work closely with different internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience. You will also contribute to our development projects as we are always figuring out ways to improve our ways of working.

You will join our warm-hearted international atmosphere and team of 15 customer service professionals. We work as a team as well as individually and help each other whenever needed. As we are continuously growing and developing you will also encounter new opportunities to learn and grow. As a Partner Support coordinator, you will face diverse tasks and challenges every day, which will offer you the chance to use and gather knowledge and experience in many different aspects of B2B customer service as well as export operations.
You have the freedom to influence your schedule and plan your working days as we are working in a hybrid model (however, we do have weekly meetings and other occasions that sometimes require you to attend outside of the usual office hours (8-16).
About you
We hope you are a proactive self-starter with a get-it-done mentality and a knack for problem-solving. Your passion is to offer a world-class customer experience, and you are fluent in English (other language skills are seen as an advantage). You have already worked with B2B customer service and have some experience with ERP systems. As a person, you adapt quickly to a dynamic working environment and varying daily tasks. Your ability to adapt and utilize new information and strong communication skills helps you to succeed.
