Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking care of our hands-on payroll processes both in Finland and abroad together with your team colleagues.

  • Processing and calculating the payroll, as well as handling payroll-related reporting and accounting.

  • Supporting our global organization as a trusted contact point in all payroll-related matters.

  • Working closely with our external global payroll partners across 18 different countries around the globe.

  • Proactively developing our payroll processes

  • Operating as an integral part of our People & Culture (P&C) function's Compensation team, while collaborating closely with P&C Business Partners and the Finance team.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a solution-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on problem solving and proactively identifying areas of development. You have a great eye for detail, a structured way of working, and your excellent communication skills help you collaborate smoothly with both internal and external stakeholders. You are comfortable working fluently in both Finnish and English.

We’re looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience working with Finnish payroll matters.

  • Good foundational knowledge of Finnish collective agreements, the Annual Holidays Act (Vuosilomalaki), and the Working Time Act (Työaikalaki).

  • A curious and eager-to-learn mindset – in our constantly growing environment, you are excited to find out about things you don't know yet.

  • Strong communication skills to navigate a global, cross-functional environment.

Additional assets:

  • Previous experience with global payroll activities or international payroll providers is definitely an asset, but not a strict requirement as we will thoroughly onboard you.

  • Don’t worry if you don’t 100% tick all the boxes – we also leave room for the motivation to grow and learn to fit the role.
