We are a team of 10 People professionals whose contribution is valued highly in our company. We are now looking for a new People Business Partner to join our People team!

In this role you will operate independently as the People Business Partner for selected software product lines, initially in Digital Transactions business (Maventa e-invoicing and Visma Sign digital signature & contract management tools). You are responsible for all People matters in the mentioned product lines, but will also participate in the development of common People processes at the company level. Process responsibilities may be somewhat tailored according to your strengths and interests.

What awaits you with us?

As a member of the product management teams you are responsible for the product line’s business targets. You will drive the People agenda for the product lines, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and having an impact on the overall success and growth of the product line. You will also play a significant role in building international growth and expanding the products to new markets abroad.

You will support the Product Director and product management team members in their roles and professional growth. You are the go-to sparring partner for product line leaders on various employee-related topics. For example, you will:

• Drive product line’s employee engagement and address necessary development actions.
• Support or lead relevant people initiatives within the product line, such as resourcing, performance management and competency planning.
• Advise on employment relations, organizational design, restructuring, and associated communication plans.
• Foster a forward-looking, positive, and high-achieving spirit within the product management team.

What do we expect from you?

To succeed in this role, you need the ability to handle a variety of People related tasks efficiently and with passion. Most importantly, we expect you to have several years of HR experience, including 

• experience in management team operations (for example in start up, product or business area) and 
• experience in international business expansion from a People perspective.

Additionally you should have:

• Applicable university or higher education degree.
• Business-oriented thinking and coaching skills.
• Good knowledge of Finnish labor legislation.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to learn new things quickly, to plan and execute tasks independently, and adjust flexibly to rapidly changing situations.
• Prioritizing skills and proactive approach. 
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Our offices are located in Helsinki (Pasila / Mall of Tripla) and Lappeenranta, but we also support remote work. However, we would appreciate it if you could occasionally gather together with your teammates and stakeholders at our offices in Helsinki or Lappeenranta. We value diversity and encourage applications from people with various backgrounds, but we are unable to offer relocation services, so you would need to be already based in Finland and have a valid work permit.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be somewhere around 4500-5800 €/month depending on your skills and experience, but we are happy to discuss and hear about your expectations.
