As a People & Culture Manager you will translate the people strategy into action plans. In this role, you will work closely with the mill and the leadership team to develop and implement people solutions aligned with the business strategy and people priorities.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a breadth of HR knowledge from working in international corporations, preferably in manufacturing industry, and one who is used to work with leading HR technology solutions. As a People & Culture Manager you should understand how to integrate people priorities with business strategy. We are looking for someone who is passionate to drive performance, change, leadership and management effectiveness at our mill. A demonstrated level of competence in change management and organizational development, talent management, and coaching, is required. You have experience from working in a matrix organization and are able to utilize your competencies outside of immediate organizational boundaries. Finally, you must have previous experience of driving labour law and collective agreement related topics.
