Personalization Specialist
We are now looking for a
PERSONALIZATION SPECIALIST
to join our newly established Digital Commerce unit, which is at the heart of delivering our Omnichannel Customer Experience.
In this role, you will be contributing to Stockmann’s digital growth by driving the effectiveness of email, push, and SMS marketing. You will leverage different testing methodologies and continuously optimize content and target audiences for each activation to maximize performance and commercial impact.
You will be located in Finland where have seat available for you in our Flag Ship store in Helsinki. We work in a hybrid model so app. 50% of the week your presence is greatly appreciated at the office.
Where is your expertise needed?
As a Personalization Specialist, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution and optimization of commercial campaigns across key digital marketing channels such as the app, email, push notifications, and SMS. You will ensure that campaigns are built, tested, and continuously optimized to deliver personalized, profitable, and scalable customer experiences that drive sales and commercial performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute and optimize channel strategies across email, push, SMS, and in-app to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value
- Build customer segments based on behavioral, transactional, and preference data to improve targeting and relevance
- Improve campaign performance through continuous A/B testing and data-driven optimization
- Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations to support promotional planning and growth initiatives
- Utilize AI-driven tools to scale personalized content creation and improve content efficiency across segments and channels
What are we looking for?
To be able to succeed in this role we see you need to have minimum 3 years’ experience in areas like: content creation, marketing automation, CRM, customer data, personalization – ideally within Omnichannel retail.
You have a proven track record of building and optimizing email campaigns and strong expertise in utilizing customer data for personalized communications. You combine technical expertise with strong copywriting skills to create customer-centric messaging tailored to the right target audiences.
We also value:
- Strong commercial understanding and keen interest or previous experience in at least one of our key categories (Fashion, Beauty, or Home)
- Experience working in the Finnish market with a strong understanding of Finnish consumers; knowledge of the Baltic markets is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Power BI) and strong data-driven decision-making skills to optimize performance
- Great collaboration skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders across teams
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
You are native/bilingual in Finnish, and you communicate fluently in English (written and spoken). Fluent skills in Swedish are seen as advantage. You are a self-driven, customer-centric problem solver who gets things done.
