Planview Application Analyst

We are now looking for a Planview Application Analyst to join our Global Technology Office Programs team. The Planview Application Analyst will be responsible for maintaining Planview solution configuration and data as well as providing end user support and training.


In this interesting global role your core responsibilities will include supporting multiple global teams that use Planview for resource and capacity planning, portfolio, program and project management. You will administer the general Planview Enterprise solution and its users e.g., grant new roles, modify users and resources. In addition, you facilitate, update, and distribute regular automated reports, troubleshoot possible issues and outages, and monitor the overall performance of the system. If needed, you also upgrade the system with new releases and models.


As a Planview key user you are also responsible for providing technical support to internal users with functional issues or questions. You respond to requests received by users in timely manner and train users on new technologies and functionalities. In addition, you build technical documentation, manuals, and policies.


We hope that you already have some experience in project management tools and supporting users from multiple business disciplines. Previous knowledge of Planview Enterprise solution is a big plus. You know what it is like to work in an R&D environment, and you are familiar with agile development methodology. Exposure to project management skills and project management software skills, including the ability to provide oversight and guidance through all phases of the project life cycle is also appreciated. Possible data analysis and even programming skills will also help you in this role.


As a person you are a team player and strongly committed to quality in everything you do. Working with various stakeholders is familiar to you and it is a big advantage if you have experience in operating in international, cross functional environment. It is also important that you communicate fluently in English.
