Procurement Specialist, FinVector

 

We are looking for a professional Procurement Specialist to join our Indirect Procurement team.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be the preparation, negotiation, implementation, and maintenance of supply and service agreements across a wide range of indirect spend categories. These may include engineering and technical services, facility management, maintenance, laboratory and quality-related services, IT solutions, logistics, professional services, and other business-critical support functions.

You will play an active role in supplier relationship management, sourcing activities, contract lifecycle management, and procurement process development. Working closely with internal stakeholders across Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Facilities, Finance, and other support functions, you will help identify business needs, execute competitive sourcing initiatives, and ensure that procurement activities align with operational, quality, and compliance requirements.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the continuous development of procurement practices, drive cost optimization initiatives, support supplier performance management, and participate in strategic procurement projects. You will also take part in supplier negotiations, tendering activities, risk assessments, and other purchasing-related tasks while collaborating with a global supplier network.

We are looking for a self-directed and proactive professional with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and a strong team-player mindset. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, and building productive relationships with both internal customers and external suppliers. Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills are essential. Experience working in a regulated industry and understanding of quality systems are considered advantages.

The working language of the organization is English; therefore, excellent written and spoken English skills are required.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management in an international environment
  • Experience in negotiating, preparing, and managing commercial agreements
  • Knowledge of indirect procurement processes and supplier management practices
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft AX/D365 or similar
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is considered an advantage
  • A relevant university degree or equivalent educational background

The employment is permanent and full-time (37,5 h/week). We would like you to start preferably in beginning of September.
