Producer (m/f/d)
Hybrid, Altenmarkt im Pongau
From early mornings on the mountain to fast-paced studio shoots - this is a role where no two productions look the same. As a Producer at Atomic, you’ll make sure great ideas become great content, coordinating everything from the first production plans to the final delivery
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate photo and video productions from start to finish – from the initial production plan through on-set coordination and post-production to final delivery.
- Manage the production behind the scenes – coordinate locations, travel, equipment, products, samples, crew and freelancers, and make sure all the right people and resources are in place.
- Be hands-on during productions – support shoots on snow and in the studio, coordinate logistics on site and find quick solutions when plans change.
- Keep productions on track – manage timelines, deliverables and production-related costs, and proactively flag risks or delays.
- Coordinate post-production and asset delivery – work with photographers, videographers and other partners to manage feedback rounds and final deliveries.
- Manage Atomic’s content assets – ensure photo and video content is properly organized and accessible in our DAM system (Aprimo) and support clear content handovers to markets.
- Work across teams and partners – collaborate closely with Art Directors, Brand Operations, Sports Marketing, internal teams, agencies, freelancers and production partners.
- Support the operational side of content production – including product and sample coordination, ordering and production-related administration.
Your profile and required competencies:
- Around 2+ years of experience in content, photo/video production, production coordination or a similar creative environment.
- A solid understanding of production workflows and what it takes to bring a project from briefing through shooting to final delivery.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to keep multiple projects moving.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work with creative teams, agencies, freelancers and other production partners.
- Good digital skills and experience with project management, production or asset management tools; Asana or Aprimo experience is a plus.
- A good understanding of the business behind content and how content supports the brand, products and markets.
- A genuine passion for skiing and winter sports and an understanding of the culture, products and world behind the sport.
- Willingness to travel regularly for productions (around 30%), including international and on-snow shoots, and flexibility when production schedules require it.
