Product Compliance Specialist

Are you ready to be part of a groundbreaking field that requires innovation and forward-thinking? Our Compliance Team is seeking a dynamic and versatile Product Compliance Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring our product compliance processes run seamlessly. If you're well-organized, disciplined, adaptable, and have a strong technical aptitude, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining technical documentation, tables, and reports to support compliance initiatives. You will also develop clear and visually appealing presentations to effectively communicate complex ideas. Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, you will ensure clarity and understanding across departments and facilitate the flow of information between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your role will involve navigating compliance issues, approvals, and certifications by researching and understanding technical requirements. You will use creative thinking and teamwork to solve compliance challenges for a product category where regulations are not yet defined.

In addition, you will gain a foundational understanding of product testing, approvals, and certification processes, supporting efforts to ensure products meet regulatory standards. Staying proactive in learning new compliance and technical processes, you will adapt quickly to changes, take the initiative to explore unfamiliar topics, and seek guidance as needed.

What we expect from you:

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and possess work experience in the engineering field. Technical aptitude is essential, along with proficiency in creating technical documentation, tables, and illustrative presentations. Familiarity with compliance, product testing, or certification processes is a bonus. Strong cross-departmental communication skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are crucial.

The ability to grasp technical concepts and processes quickly and to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is also necessary. We seek someone with a creative and innovative mindset who can thrive in a structured yet evolving field.

The right candidate will be a proactive and curious person with a high aptitude for learning, a professional who is versatile and adaptable, and comfortable working on complex issues and solving problems independently.

The role is based in Tampere and requires traveling approximately 4 trips per year. According to the current hybrid working model in the team, we expect you to have the possibility to work at the Tampere office approximately three days a week.

What do we offer?
