Product Manager, ePayslips
We are looking for a new Product Manager for ePayslips in the Netvisor Payroll product line. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for our Maventa ePayslips business, product strategy, pricing, and markets. You will have a very important role in cooperation with our partners, stakeholders, and product development.
Product Manager is the solution expert with knowledge of customers and their needs and understands market trends as well as technology and the product. You will be responsible for the product throughout its lifetime and accountable for maximising the value of the product. This is achieved by developing and communicating product goals to the stakeholders, prioritising the work for the development team, ensuring that the work is easily understood, generates meaningful value for the customers and innovations to the market.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the revenue growth for ePayslips business.
- Product lifecycle management.
- Utilizing data in customer value creation, verifying created value through objective measurements, and communicating the results to key stakeholders.
- Ensuring that our strategy is taking us in the right direction.
- Developing our product strategy together with the Product Director and Development team.
How to succeed in this role?
- Relevant work experience in a similar role as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in SaaS business.
- Understanding of the transaction business and vision of the future markets.
- Being able to create a vision for the product and a need for the market.
- Ability to execute and lead projects from start to finish.
- Willingness to learn new things and having a growth mindset.
- Drive to promote the culture for experimenting.
- Flexible ways of working and setting up common objectives.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills with different people, both in Finnish and in English.

The salary range in this position is estimated to be 4500-6000 € per month depending on your experience and background, but please let us know about your expectations.
