Your mission: Act as a bridge between our customers and internal stakeholders by understanding real‑world integration needs and turning them into scalable, high‑quality product solutions. You’ll work closely with customers, and internal teams to ensure e.g. ERP and API integrations deliver clear business value. By combining hands‑on customer dialogue with data‑driven insight, you’ll guide product decisions, prioritization, and productization always with a focus on impact, collaboration, and customer outcomes. You expand our ecosystem from a technical and partnership perspective, owning the end‑to‑end commercial success of ecosystem products and enabling growth through new partner services.
Mindset: This is a data‑oriented, highly collaborative role for a Product Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customers, and emerging capabilities such as AI‑enabled automation and analytics. You’re comfortable leading integration initiatives, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and driving productization in a growing SaaS environment.

Role details
As a Product Manager, you will
Define and own the product roadmap for integration projects, aligning business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility
Gather and clarify business requirements together with internal and external stakeholders, translating them into clear technical specifications
Lead the development team and coordinate integration projects with partners, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and functionality
Drive productization by creating standardized product packages for e.g. ERP / banking connectors and API integrations
Manage integrations between 3rd party systems and Nomentia’s SaaS suite
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders across Product, Development, Partners, and Customers
Stay up to date on integration trends, business opportunities through partnering, APIs, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to support innovation
Continuously evaluate and improve ecosystem processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and scalability
Who you’ll work with
Your core team: The Product team and Development teams within Nomentia.
Stakeholders: Ecosystem partners, customers, and internal experts across the organization.
What success looks like in this role
In the first 6 months, you’re expected to
Take ownership of ongoing and upcoming integration and product partnership initiatives
Build strong collaboration with developers, partners, and stakeholders
Gain a deep understanding of Nomentia’s platform, current integrations with banks and ERPs, and customer use cases
Longer term, you’ll be measured by
Successful delivery and quality of integration projects
Scalable, productized ecosystem offerings
Stakeholder satisfaction and smooth cross functional collaboration
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in system integrations, preferably within fintech and/or banking
Strong understanding of e.g. ERP and banking integration processes, APIs, and major ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
Success in driving product partnerships
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross‑functional teams
Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced SaaS environment
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Other European languages are a plus
Practical information
Salary: A minimum annual salary of 65 000€ per year depending on your skills and experience + up to 10% annual bonus (if company-wide goals are met).
