About the opportunity:

We are hiring a Product Manager to help shape the future of our product. You’ll be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, from the discovery and delivery of new products to optimizing the existing product portfolio.The exact focus area and title will reflect your past experience and special area of expertise or interest. We’re looking for a person who can either manage and take ownership of technology platforms and ecosystems or parts of Nosto’s personalization capabilities. We don’t require past product management experience but do expect proven knowledge of the e-commerce industry, associated with credible skills in managing complex software projects. Your title will reflect your past experience in an applicable field. 

You’ll be working closely with designers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to build awesome products that enable brands to get maximum value and a great experience from using Nosto’s Commerce Experience platform. 

What you will be doing:

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your own product area

  • Be the voice of our customers in all aspects of product development and delivery

  • Identify product opportunities, and work together with a team consisting of designers and software engineers to build opportunities into a tangible product. 

  • Communicate the priorities and ensure planned deliverables and roadmap timelines are achieved

  • Work with senior management to influence long-term objectives

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to align on product packaging, messaging, and internal presentation/communication

  • Develop and analyze metrics that indicate the success of product initiatives and instill a data-driven mindset in the team

  • Act as a ‘product champion’ and internal point of reference for capabilities and applications of the platform

What we expect:

  • Previous experience in the e-commerce industry, either directly, or working in a company serving the industry.

  • Clear and credible knowledge of the current e-commerce ecosystem and key technologies

  • Experience working as a product manager on B2B products or services OR

  • Experience in a relatable role, involving the management of highly complex software projects

  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customer problems and translate complex business needs to margin-enhancing solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and understanding of how to best communicate to different audiences

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and related tools

Office location:

  • The candidate will work for one of our offices in Berlin, Paris, Stockholm, Helsinki, Paris, London, and  Kaunas. Working remotely is possible but you will be required to travel to the office for team gatherings/meetings. A valid working visa to work in either of the locations.
