We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead commercialization and product marketing as well as market research. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and market dynamics, leading go-to-market strategies and launch execution, and developing and managing product marketing campaigns, all to help bring our innovations to life in the market through compelling content and execution.

This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Sales, R&D, and Customer Success teams. You will also play a key role in enabling our sales teams with the right tools, messaging, and training.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a professional with strong insight and a passion for learning and growth. Ideally, you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in product marketing (B2B), solution marketing, or go-to-market strategy roles, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant technical field.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with research methods such as Conjoint and MaxDiff is a strong plus.
• A strategic mindset, structured and organized work style, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, positive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English is required; Finnish is a plus.
