We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team.

What could you expect when joining us?
Product Owner is the solution expert with vast knowledge of customers and their needs, as well as technology and the product. You will be responsible for the product throughout its lifetime and accountable for maximising the value of the product. This is achieved by developing and communicating product goals to the stakeholders, prioritising the work for the development team, ensuring that the work is easily understood, generates meaningful value for the customers and innovations to the market. 
Your tasks and responsibilities include for example:

• Creating and communicating the vision and the need for the product
• Transforming the vision into smaller and concrete deliverables
• Understanding the needs of the customers and the market trends, and communicating these to the stakeholders through clear and concise user stories.
• Creating, refining and prioritising a roadmap and backlog of the product together with the team
• Utilising data in customer value creation, verifying created value through objective measurements and communication the results to key stakeholders
• Being accountable for product progress and incremental value delivery in each release

How to succeed?
Here are some examples of skills which are needed to succeed in this role:

• Previous experience in working as a Product Owner, preferably in Product Development
• Experience with agile methods in software development, e.g. PSPO certification
• Being able to create a vision for the product and a need for the market
• Ability to keep things simple and easily understandable
• Understanding of the business domain area around digital signatures, contract management, contract lifecycle management, digital identity and API business
• Willingness to learn new things and having a growth mindset
• Understanding of technical restrictions and possibilities, AI and automation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire development team and stakeholders
• Fluent English skills. Finnish language skills are not a must, but an advantage

The salary range in this position is estimated to be 5000-6200€ per month, depending on your experience and background. Please let us know about your expectations in your application or cover letter. We believe diversity is a richness so we would love to have applications from people with various backgrounds. However, unfortunately we are not able to offer relocation services so you would need to be based in Finland and have a valid work permit.
Most of your future colleagues work at our office in Helsinki (Tripla), so we hope visiting the office is convenient for you on a weekly basis.
