We are looking for a

Product/Project Manager

to join our Service Engineering and Product Management team in Jyväskylä, Finland. Moventas is owned by Flender Group, which operates in the industrial and renewable energy segments, covering drivetrains, generators, and couplings. As Product/Project Manager you will lead and develop selected products within Moventas product portfolio by translating customer / marketing requirements into product requirement specifications. Your main tasks will contain Moventas Service Operations related projects. You will also lead Moventas Service Claim handling management for selected products together with customer service team. Moreover, you will act as an interface between Moventas sales department / customer and subject matter experts in technical/ product related questions. You will work both across and on a project basis in the areas of Aftersales, Claim. You support Moventas Finland service operations to have capability to make disassembly, assembly and testing of different gearbox models.

To succeed in your job as Product/Project Manager you have:

• Technical education on B.SC or M.SC (engineering) level and/or relevant long-term working experience
• Strong technology background in wind turbine drive train technology
• Strong product/project management skills and/or experience
• Experience on IT tools are beneficial such as
  • MS Office including MS Porject, basic experience, PLM, ERP, Designing softwares (NX, Catia)
• Good understanding of driving factors in wind industry (technical and commercial)
• Structured and organized working style
• Good communication, negotiation, networking & presentation skills
• Fluent English and Finnish, Germany is a plus
