We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead approximately 150 employees across our assembly, production development, and facility/maintenance teams, as well as in-house logistics at our Tampere Factory. In this role, you’ll join a forward-thinking culture centered on innovation, teamwork, and professional growth. As Production Manager, you will oversee all assembly processes, ensuring efficient, high-quality production to meet our ambitious targets. You will also be part of the Supply Chain Management Team, contributing to the overall Supply Chain strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the entire Production department, providing strong direction, coaching, and leadership that aligns with Framery's culture and values.

• Actively drive a strong safety culture and healthy work environment across Production.

• Identify your organization’s training and development needs and implement changes or programs to address them.

• Lead Production Capacity planning process across all time horizons, from immediate day-to-day needs to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) horizon and beyond, contributing at a strategic level.

• Build flexibility into the Production Capacity, thereby enabling an efficient and adaptable Production System.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards by implementing robust quality control measures throughout the Production.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by actively identifying and implementing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies through Daily Management.

• Own the Production Process & Technology Development Roadmap, ensuring it effectively supports the overall Supply Chain Strategy and Framery’s broader business goals.
   

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• Have over five years of proven experience in a production management role within an assembly or manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to effectively motivate and develop teams.

• Exhibit a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their practical application.

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to utilize data to drive meaningful improvements.

• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

• Have experience with ERP, MES, and WMS systems.

• Are fluent in both Finnish and English.
