We are looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in leading different projects both internally and externally with customers, and aligning our future business goals with customer needs. This role is extremely crucial as you will get to work with our big enterprise customers and be responsbile for a big portion of our revenue in Sweden together with the rest of our talented team. Your key responsibilities include: 

• Customer Project Management: With our external customers you will be working with our Copernicus product, taking ownership of incoming customer projects from initiation to completion. Acting as the main link between the customer, sales team, and internal development resources, you will be coordinating internal resources and ensuring deliveries meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Customer Ownership & Relationship Building: You will get to serve as the key contact person for selected clients and build strong, long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, workshops, and needs assessments. Part of your responsibilities will also include capturing customer needs and translating them into product improvements and new initiatives.
• Internal Project Managment: You will also get to initiate, lead, and follow-up on internal strategic transformation initiatives. In the role, you get to collaborate with the management team and other key stakeholders, such as Communications, IT, Sales, and Support to anchor as well as ensure and execute effective implementation of change initiatives and drive the change management process forwards. 

This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Copernicus and the rest of our business in Sweden. 

Location: Stockholm – we work in hybrid mode!

We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in similar types of roles with independent responsibility driving projects forward. For the role we are looking for someone with:

• Prior experience in project management, specifically experience with managing projects efficiently from initiation to completion.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships cross-departmentally and with different customers.
• Strong business acumen to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work and make decisions independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Swedish.
