Role details  

As a Project Manager, you will: 

• Be the primary contact for the customer. 

• Lead demanding customer project deliveries successfully. 

• Define treasury needs and processes with the customer. 

• Conduct training sessions and workshops about cash- and treasury management solutions for customers to ensure successful cooperation. 

• Ensure good connectivity between different internal systems, against customers integration layers and towards banks systems. 

• Prioritize customer needs to ensure project success. 

• Analyze and evaluate business requirements & run implementation projects together with other internal project members. 

• Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders. 

Who you’ll work with  

Your core team: Consulting Manager, fellow Project Managers, and the broader Professional Services team. 

Stakeholders: Customers, banks, product teams, and internal technical experts. 

What success looks like in this role 

In the first 6 months, you’re expected to: 

• Onboard successfully and understand our solution architecture and implementation methodology. 

• Build strong relationships with customers and banks. 

• Deliver project plans and solutions that meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction. 

Longer term, you’ll be measured by: 

• Project delivery timelines and customer satisfaction. 

• Quality and reliability of project execution. 

• Your contribution to scalable implementation practices and team collaboration. 

What we’re looking for 

• The ability to initiate and drive multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating a consultative and solution-oriented approach to work. 

• Previous work experience from consultancy, with a strong preference for candidates with previous system implementation experience.

• Previous work experience in payments, treasury, and financial services ecosystems is seen as a great advantage.

• Familiarity in project management preferably from SaaS. Project Management certificate is seen as an advantage. 

• Native level Swedish. Fluent English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other European languages is seen as a plus.
