QA/QC manager

Join us in ensuring high-quality and responsible infrastructure construction!

We are looking for a QA/QC Manager to strengthen our data center projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with plans, regulations, and contracts, and that quality assurance, quality management practices, and documentation are in order throughout the project lifecycle.

The projects will begin in early 2027 and are located in Northern Ostrobothnia and elsewhere in Northern Finland. The role involves travel-based work, and you will work at project sites according to their location. In future, projects may also be located elsewhere in Finland depending on project needs.

What kind of role and team would you be joining?

In this role, you will be particularly responsible for the overall management of site quality control and quality assurance.

Your key responsibilities

  • Site quality control and defining quality requirements and ensuring their implementation across projects
  • Participating in inspections, measurements, and handovers of work phases
  • Cooperating with the client on quality-related matters
  • Managing and documenting project documents and quality assurance materials (e.g. Infrakit); you will also participate in maintaining the client’s project database
  • Preparing and updating the quality plan
  • Handling quality deviations and complaints in cooperation with site management and the client
  • Supporting quality management practices and providing guidance to site management and subcontractors
  • Participating in inspections and preparing final documentation

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine practical site work, quality management, and collaboration with various project stakeholders. The projects are diverse and demanding, so the work emphasizes a systematic approach, strong documentation skills, and the ability to keep the overall picture under control.

The employment is permanent, and you will work mainly on our data center project in Northern Finland. The role requires willingness to travel and active movement between project sites. If you work at a project site away from your home location, we will reimburse travel expenses, daily allowances, and accommodation costs in accordance with the company’s travel policy.
