The Role
As a Quality Information Specialist, you will belong to Product Service team, working in our business environment and providing product quality related information and documents to our internal stakeholders and to our customers. You will actively collaborate with the Manufacturing teams of AB Enzymes Finland as well as the Regulatory Affairs and Global Supply and business teams of AB Enzymes. This is challenging, with high-level of independence but still in close cooperation with our own and several other teams. You will report to Product Service Manager located in Rajamäki, Finland.
As Quality Information Specialist you have diverse job role including following responsibilities:
- Coordinating the product quality information management and answering customer questions for baking and food Enzymes
- Preparing quality information statements for baking and food enzymes
- Keeping information in customer portals up to date, answering customer questions and providing requested documents
About You
As an ideal candidate, you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in biotechnology, application science or equivalent work experience, industry experience is preferred.
- A good understanding of enzyme applications
- Experience in Food and Feed Safety management principles and standards is a plus
- A hands-on approach combined with a drive for results; you can work independently to achieve targets, and you are also a true team player, with supporting and learning attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capabilities
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in MS Office solutions; additional asset is knowledge of M-Files
