QUALITY INFORMATION SPECIALIST (temp)

Located in Rajamäki, Finland

The Role

As a Quality Information Specialist, you will be part of our Product Service team, working in our business environment and providing product quality related information and documents to our internal stakeholders and to our customers. You will actively collaborate with the Manufacturing teams of AB Enzymes Finland as well as the Regulatory Affairs and Global Supply teams of AB Enzymes and AB Vista. This is challenging, with high-level of independence but still in close cooperation with our own and other teams.

You will report to Product Service Manager located in Rajamäki. The position is temporary and starting as soon as possible with the duration until the end of 2025.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

As Quality Information Specialist you have diverse job role including following responsibilities:

• Coordinating the creation and legalisation of trade documents (Health Certificates, Free Sale Certificates, COO and Manufacturers Declarations).
• Coordination of registration samples and analysis results with Quality Control.
• Participation to the product service processes (Statement management, customer questions).

About You

As an ideal candidate, you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in biotechnology, application science or equivalent work experience, industry experience is preferred.
• A good understanding of enzyme applications.
• Experience in Food and Feed Safety management principles and standards is a plus.
• A hands-on approach combined with a drive for results; you can work independently to achieve targets and you are also a true team player, with supporting and serving attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capabilities.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Experience in MS Office solutions; additional asset is knowledge of M-Files.
