We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Quality and Regulation team in Helsinki. Ensuring high-quality implementation of operations and regulatory compliance of our services is a core element for Nightingale Health. The Quality and Regulation team in Helsinki serves our global operations, including the UK, US, and Asia. 

 

Here are the challenges we have for you: 

 

  • Ensure consistent implementation and maintenance of Nightingale Health’s Quality Management System (QMS) across different international locations. 

  • Work in close collaboration with our team functions, e.g. software development and laboratory, and helping the teams deliver high-quality devices and applications in the medical and healthcare fields in accordance with the internal QMS. 

  • Actively promote regulatory, quality, and customer requirements.  

  • Create and review QMS documentation and collect data for internal purposes.  

  • Provide training within Nightingale Health to ensure a strong implementation of QMS.  

  • Participate in internal and external audits. 

  • Evaluate quality requirements in development projects. 

  • Participate in developing and enhancing the QMS to ensure meaningful processes and continued high-quality operations. 

  • Participate in applying for new regulatory approvals. 

 

You are our perfect match if you ... 

 

  • Have 3-6 years of previous experience regarding Quality Management Systems and/or Regulatory Approvals 

  • Have experience with ISO 13485 and/or ISO 15189 

  • Can conceptualize the bigger picture and in addition have the patience and drive to do routine work that requires high attention to detail. 

  • Have strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. 

  • Have a university degree in engineering, pharmacy, medicine, or other relevant disciplines. 

  • Have a solution-oriented way of working and a constructive approach even in challenging matters. 

  • Have a general understanding of laboratory work or software development. 

  • Have effective communication skills in English. Proficiency in the Finnish language is valuable. 

  • Have good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, M-files).
