(Junior) Quality Specialist

Nightingale Health is looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Quality and Regulation team in Helsinki. Ensuring high-quality implementation of operations and regulatory compliance of our services is a core element for Nightingale. 

 

Here are the challenges we have for you: 

  • Ensure consistent implementation and maintenance of Nightingale’s Quality Management System (QMS). 

  • Work in close collaboration with our team functions, e.g. software development and laboratory, and helping the teams deliver high-quality devices and applications in the medical and healthcare fields in accordance with the internal QMS. 

  • Actively promote regulatory, quality, and customer requirements.  

  • Create and review quality system documentation and collect data for internal purposes.  

  • Provide training within Nightingale to ensure a strong implementation of QMS.  

  • Participate in internal and external audit programs. 

  • Evaluate quality requirements in development projects. 

  • Participate in developing and enhancing the Quality Management System to ensure meaningful processes and continued high-quality operations.

  • Can conceptualize the bigger picture and in addition have the patience and drive to do routine work that requires high attention to detail. 

  • Have strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. 

  • Are meticulous and eager to learn and develop new skills. 

  • Have a university degree in engineering, pharmacy, medicine, or other relevant disciplines. 

  • Have a solution-oriented way of working and a constructive approach even in challenging matters. 

  • Have 1-2 years of previous experience, education, or training regarding Quality Management Systems or at least exposure to a QMS in your work environment.  

  • Have a general understanding of laboratory work or software development. 

  • Have effective communication skills in English. Proficiency in the Finnish language is valuable. 

  • Have good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, M-files).
