To ensure our successful growth in the future as well, we are looking for a passionate R&D Engineer to join our Product Development team in Framery’s HQ in Tampere.

Your role

In this role, you will have a wide area of responsibility, ranging from supporting concepting and identifying new technologies to creating working prototypes and ensuring manufacturability. High motivation, proactive attitude and a natural curiosity to learn new things are key. You follow the development of the mechanical engineering field closely and are excited about the opportunity to apply new features and innovative solutions to Framery’s products.

While you can enjoy the benefits of remote/hybrid work, we value in-person collaboration and expect the chosen person to be in Tampere HQ at least three days a week.

Who We're Looking For

We are after a talented and highly motivated engineer who has a genuine passion for solving challenges and a drive to create something extraordinary. Above all, we value potential and a proactive "can-do" attitude. As we operate in an international environment, we require fluency in English and a good command of the Finnish language. Your background is in mechanical engineering, and you are eager to develop your skills in:
 

• Modern design and simulation tools

• Practical design for manufacturing and mass production

• Self-oriented way of working with a strong willingness to take ownership of tasks

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills

• Being a team player with the ability to thrive and grow in a changing environment

• Creative problem solving for new product development
