Nova Galaxy Arctic Glamping Resort is seeking a service-minded and proactive Receptionist / All-Round Resort Assistant to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys versatile work, interacting with guests, and helping ensure smooth daily operations across our glamping resort.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs

• Providing customer service and assisting guests throughout their stay

• Carrying and delivering firewood to accommodations

• Transporting guests within the resort area when needed

• Assisting with general duties across the accommodation grounds

• Supporting the team in maintaining a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for visitors

What we expect from you:

• Positive, helpful and proactive attitude

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Good communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage)

• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as carrying firewood

• A valid driver’s license (required for guest transport tasks)
