Join Polystar I Elisa Industriq as our Receptionist & Office Assistant 

Are you a service-minded, organized, and positive team player? Polystar I Elisa Industriq is looking for a Receptionist & Office Assistant to join our Stockholm office on a part-time (50%) basis for a fixed-term 12-month contract.

As our Receptionist & Office Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for staff and guests, ensuring smooth office operations and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll work closely with our Office Management team and contribute to our vibrant office culture.

What you’ll do:

  • Front desk management and switchboard operation.
  • Office administration support (e.g. invoice handling).
  • Travel coordination.
  • Office events organization.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a receptionist, office coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
  • Computer proficient (Outlook, MS Office).
