Receptionist to Rovaniemi!

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional receptionists to join the front desk teams. This is a unique opportunity to work in an international hospitality environment surrounded by the magical atmosphere of Lapland.

This seasonal position offers the chance to experience the vibrant tourism season in the heart of Rovaniemi. The contract runs from October 2025 to March 2026.

We want you to have

• Experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles (hospitality experience preferred)

• Fluent English, other languages are an advantage

• A friendly, warm, and professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Confidence in using booking systems, email, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
