We are currently looking for a Regional Compliance & People Coordinator to join FiveNines Group in Finland.

As a Regional Compliance & People Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both project teams and central services by ensuring that employees, subcontractors and visitors are mobilised efficiently, compliant with local requirements and well supported throughout the project lifecycle. This is a varied and hands-on role combining compliance coordination, HR administration and employee support in an international environment. You'll be part of an international business environment, with the opportunity to contribute both globally and, in the future, from Fivenine's Loviisa-based operations.

You will coordinate onboarding and mobilisation activities for employees and subcontractors coming to Finland, support work permit and right-to-work processes, organise accommodation and local logistics, and help ensure compliance with Finnish employment legislation and site access requirements. In addition, you will support HR administration, employee onboarding, mandatory training and day-to-day employee queries while acting as an important link between local teams, international colleagues and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you have previous experience in HR, administration, compliance coordination or a similar support function. Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or international project environments is considered an advantage. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating different stakeholders and ensuring that processes run smoothly.

We are looking for an organised and proactive professional with strong communication skills and a service-minded approach. You are fluent in both Finnish and English, enjoy working with people and are able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Attention to detail, flexibility and strong problem-solving skills will help you succeed in this role.
