Regional Marketing Lead, Americas

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Regional Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts in the Americas. You will play a crucial role in driving growth in North America by implementing Framery's global marketing initiatives and planning and executing additional regional marketing initiatives that complement global efforts, ensuring maximum local impact. Working in close collaboration with the local sales team will be essential to align marketing plans with local needs. This role is based in the Chicago area and reports to our Commercial Marketing Manager.
Main Objectives:
- Drive Framery's growth in North America, through implementing Framery's global marketing initiatives as well as planning and executing additional regional marketing initiatives that complement global efforts, ensuring maximum local impact.
- Take ownership of Framery's North American marketing initiatives and impact, in close collaboration with the global marketing team and the local sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the global marketing team, local sales team, and other internal teams to develop and execute the initiatives as well following up and reporting on the results.
- Build and foster strong marketing collaboration with a wide regional network of dealers, working closely with the local sales team. Plan and execute co-marketing actions with Framery dealers, including digital co-marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all local actions, materials, and communications adhere to brand guidelines and align with global commercial calendar and strategy and support the creation of local marketing assets.
What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in 360 marketing actions across various channels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing business-critical needs.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic mindset with the ability to assess and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in essential office tools (e.g., PowerPoint); experience or willingness to use basic design tools (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and experience managing campaigns (e.g. on LinkedIn or Instagram) is considered an advantage.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong interest to develop processes & find solutions.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $78,000 - $96,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus.
