We’re now looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our team and take the lead in strengthening the success of JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) new car sales and commercial aftersales across our market area.
As Regional Operations Manager, (Field Sales Manager) you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial success—working closely with our dealer network, building strong partnerships, and delivering sustainable business growth. This is a key role in ensuring our network operates at its best and exceeds expectations; while continuously improving the way we serve our customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow sales performance across the dealer network, ensuring market share and parts penetration targets are met in line with Inchcape and OEM goals.
- Actively monitor dealer performance, identify opportunities or risks, and drive initiatives to stay on target.
- Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager on campaign planning and propose tactical actions to achieve results.
- Support after-sales KPIs by improving customer retention and accessory take rates.
- Offer feedback to the Product & Technical team on market needs, product competitiveness, and availability.
- Oversee dealer compliance regarding showroom standards, demo and courtesy car usage, stock levels, and accessories presentation.
- Be the main point of contact for the JLR dealer network and a key link in building successful relationships.
- Support the development and rollout of new business initiatives and programs.
- Ensure consistent retailer compliance with OEM franchise standards.

What You Bring:
- Approx. 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, automotive or a similar fast paced commercial environment; aftersales experience is a strong plus.
- A suitable higher education degree, Bachelor’s or Master´s, is preferred.
- A proven ability to drive sales growth and meet commercial targets.
- Strategic planning and performance analysis experience.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
- A collaborative mindset paired with the ability to work independently.
- Energy, motivation, and resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with an understanding of the premium/luxury automotive segment.
- Passion for the automotive industry—especially the world of Jaguar Land Rover.
