Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Turku, Finland. In this role you will be responsible of the client acquisition and account management pipeline in the whole EMEA-region, initially focusing on the Nordic market. This is a new position in our company and is both permanent and full-time. Projected start for this role is in late January – early February.
What we seek
We are looking for a driven person with a positive attitude. As a small regional branch, we value both independent and responsible approach to work. You have a good grasp on how to expand clients’ portfolio, and you are willing to put in effort on bringing new clients. Past roles in B2B sales give a good background for this position. Previous experience in medical industry is preferable, and we also consider candidates who come from medical background (Practical- and registered nurses, laboratorians, doctors).
It is crucial for success that you have a problem-solving mindset. In this position you will have the opportunity to tailor-make orders for clients’ exact specifications. Any previous experience of visualizing tools (drawing, sketching, CAD, photoshop, etc.) is considered as an asset. While it is important to learn our products specifications, the main thing is to find a valuable solution to the client.
Depending on your willingness this position includes some traveling (approx. 20-40 days / year) to clients and/or fairs. A fluent command of English and Finnish language is required, and any other language background is considered as an asset.
-Full client acquisition pipeline in Nordics and EMEA region.
-Expanding existing business with selected clients in portfolio with new products.
-Partaking in various projects to ensure the fulfillment of client’s needs.
