Nosto is looking to hire a Renewal Manager to join our North America team.

As a Nosto Renewal Manager, you play an integral role in Nosto's success, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure Nosto customers are set up for continued success from their investment. Your goal is to work directly with our Customer Success, Sales and Partnership teams to drive successful renewals, mitigate churn and seek out win-win expansion opportunities. 

Responsibilities -

  • Own, drive, and execute the renewals process of SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in partnership with the Customer Success team to retain and improve client contracts and relationships.

  • Own the regional Community portfolio in conjunction with the Global Community Manager in relation to upsell opportunities, renewal negotiations and translation of communications (where applicable)

  • Discover and identify expansion opportunities and actively contribute to the growth of the North American and Global team portfolio.

  • Manage the renewal cycle, assisting clients through contract negotiations whilst adhering to internal processes.

  • Forecast and manage the renewal pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis and introduce mitigation strategies to minimize churn. 

  • Articulate Nosto’s Value Proposition and ROI to promote retention and growth within existing North America and Global customer portfolios.

  • Work closely cross-regionally with CS and Account Managers in other regions to contribute to the Global NRR goals, by providing assistance or filling gaps where needed.

Requirements-what we expect from you:

  • 1+ years in a renewal/retention or Account Management role in a SaaS environment.

  • Ability to demonstrate Commercial awareness, the ability to identify problems, provide solutions, and adopt a general account management approach.

  • Tactical awareness, providing operational capabilities around forecasting and reporting.

  • Ability to identify and apply best-practice processes and procedures around renewals.

  • Strong process management, financial acumen, and negotiation skills. 

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple work streams.

  • Team player with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.

Office location:

  • The candidate can be located in either Los Angeles or the New York City area. Nosto allows all employees the option to work from home (learn more about The Future of Work at Nosto here!) but you may be required to travel to a Nosto office for some team gatherings/meetings. A valid working visa to work in either of the locations.

Employment Information: 

  • Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
  • This role will have an additional bonus component in addition to the base salary.
