We are now looking for a Research Engineer to join our Fuel cells and Hydrogen team.

In this position, you will be supporting our R&D projects both hands-on in the laboratory as well as carrying out design, modification, and planning tasks at your desk. The position can be partially tailored to match your strengths and interests and can include laboratory work, supervising experiments, data-processing, machine design and purchasing tasks, etc.  

Our team, Fuel cells and Hydrogen works on developing and demonstrating low-emission solutions for transport and power applications ranging from small drones to large ships. Please check our team's another open position: Research Scientist, Fuel cells and Hydrogen.

Your responsibilities as Research Engineer:

  • Running different experiments and calibrations hands-on in our laboratories
  • Participating in designing, building and maintenance of fuel cell and electrolyser test rigs and systems from small test cells to large systems
  • Participating in purchasing of materials and components.

Who we are looking for:

The position can be partially tailored to fit your skills & interests, but it would be beneficial if some of the below points & acronyms sound familiar to you:

  • Typical components used in process industry (valves, mass flow controllers, transducers, temperature measurements, etc)
  • Automation & data-processing
  • Machine design

You need to have good skills both in Finnish and English languages.
