As a Retailer Operations Manager (Field-Sales Manager), you will be reporting to JLR Finland’s Business Operations Manager and are at the forefront of our commercial success—working closely with our retailer network, building strong B2B partnerships, and delivering sustainable business growth. This is a key role in ensuring our network operates at its best and exceeds commercial expectations; while continuously improving the way we serve our clients.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Drive retailer sales and aftersales performance within Finland – tracking KPIs, spotting risks and opportunities, and proposing actions.
  • Collaborate with your manager on sales campaigns and local activations.
  • Support accessory sales, customer retention, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Monitor retail standards (showroom experience, stock levels, demo usage).
  • Be the primary field contact for the JLR retailer network in your territory.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams on product, pricing and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Jaguar Land Rover franchise standards.

Your Background and Skills

  • Approx 5 years of experience in sales – preferably in FMCG, automotive or other fast-moving commercial environments.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales or related field.
  • Track record of driving commercial results and managing partner accounts.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Comfortable with multitasking, prioritizing and working independently.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English.
  • Energized by field work, meeting people and solving problems.
  • Passion for the luxury automotive world and delivering standout customer experience.
