ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION EXPERT
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Expert is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to streamline and automate business processes, including generative AI capabilities where feasible. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify automation opportunities, create efficient workflows, and ensure the successful deployment of RPA technologies.
Your key responsibilities will include collaboration with business units to identify and analyze processes suitable for automation.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of RPA processes and workflows.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automated processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain RPA systems to ensure optimal performance and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain automation environment & RPA platform
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology
You work closely with process owners, SAP solution experts and other stakeholders in IT and across the business areas. You will report to Head of Master Data Management. This full-time position can be in any Wipak location in Europe. We value flexibility, therefore hybrid working model is also a possibility. This position includes moderate amount of travelling to Wipak sites.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions
- Proficiency in RPA tools like UiPath and in generative AI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, coordination and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Fluency in English
This role is pivotal in driving the strategic IT initiatives and supporting the organization's goals through effective management and enhancement of IT process automation solutions.
Furthermore, we consider it an advantage if you have experience in the following:
- Programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- MS Power platform tools like Automate & Apps
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with database management, SQL and Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Microsoft Ecosystem, Copilot and SAP ECC automation
