At Roxon Conveyor Components, we are looking for a highly experienced candidate to join our sales journey and continue growing the business across new and existing segments in Western Finland. Ideally this post is based in Pori/Rauma area, also other locations are possible as long as the travelling in Western Finland is convenient.

Would you be the next AREA SALES MANAGER at our Conveyor Components business in Finland

Role Description

Reporting to the Roxon Manager, Conveyor Components, you will have a strategic post in the organization. You will be a key player in developing and growing the Component business in Finland. In addition to Business development, you will a part of the sales team based in Finland and Sweden. 

We need a for a self-driven “hunter” who can further develop and build up even more successful Component business within the region.  The growth is intended to be profitable, so your role is to make this business flourish by providing specialized engineering solutions to the customers.

Managing a range of substantial customers and identifying new sales opportunities you will:

  • Develop and manage successful sales strategies
  • Draft proposals and make sales pitches
  • Expand the company’s Component footprint within the Western Finland
  • Deliver Account Management and generate new business

In order to succeed in this role, you do need to have:

  • A proven track record in successful Business Development in BtoB sector, even better if you have experience in mining, construction, pulp and paper or energy industry
  • A target driven with ability to make business decisions and close the deals
  • Team working skills & ability to work under pressure / against targets
  • ICT skills – good command on MS office products as well as CRM/ERP
  • Bachelor or Master´s level degree
  • Finnish and English language skills are must and Swedish language skills are beneficial
