Safari Sales Specialist – Lapland Winter Season 2026–2027

Do you want to work in the unique winter season of Lapland and sell experiences that guests will remember for a lifetime?

We are now looking for Safari Sales Specialists for our client companies for the period November–March in Rovaniemi and surrounding areas. In this role, you will work with international customers and help create unforgettable experiences in the magical landscapes of Lapland.

What will you be doing?

• Selling safari and activity services
• Understanding customer needs and tailoring experiences accordingly
• Handling reservations and using booking systems
• Customer service at sales points and/or on-site
• Assisting with transportation when needed
• Taking care of practical arrangements such as safari clothing and equipment

What do we expect from you?

• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
• Motivated and target-driven sales attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English (other languages are a big advantage)
• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks when needed

Employment details

• Fixed-term employment: November–March
• Working hours: 90–120 hours / 3 weeks
• Start date according to agreement
