About the position

Santa Claus Holiday Village Safaris is looking for Safari Salespersons for the upcoming winter season. Are you a motivated salesperson who wants to be part of creating lifelong, memorable experiences for our guests? 

As a Safari Salesperson, you will sell unique experiences, handle transportation arrangements and organize safari equipment. In this role, you will represent a respected company and its activities, sell exceptional services, become part of an international team and work in the stunning landscapes of Lapland. 

The employment is fixed-term, from November 2026 to March 2027. Working hours available according to the contract: 90–120 hours per 3 weeks. The work is performed on varying shifts – including evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the peak season. The terms of employment follow the collective agreement for the retail sector. The employment relationship is established between Bondata and the employee.

Key duties of a Safari Salesperson: 

• Selling unforgettable safari services 
• Advising and serving customers throughout the sales process 
• Managing bookings and schedules 
• Organizing transportation and, when needed, operating transport services  
• Preparing and organizing safari equipment 
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth operations

Salary

The salary is in accordance with the collective agreement for the retail sector. 

Depending on experience and duties 11,16-14,93 €/h + supplements by the collective agreement.
