Sales and Technical Service Director, FiberLean

Now we are looking for a SALES AND TECHNICAL SERVICE DIRECTOR to lead the sales and support activities of our innovative grinder technology. The initial focus will be on the European market, with plans to expand globally in the future. This leadership role is crucial for driving the company’s growth, fostering strategic customer relationships, and managing the implementation of our expansion strategy. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Conducting market and competitor analyses
- Managing customer relationships
- Overseeing sales operations, from lead generation to deal closure
- Team leadership and development
- Managing sales budgets, reporting, and analysis
In this role, you will be part of a five-person management team, supported by a group of technical specialists focused on MFC applications and trial execution. You will report directly to the Managing Director. While you can be based anywhere in Europe, this position requires frequent travel to customer sites and FiberLean’s office in Cornwall, United Kingdom.
You are the person we are looking for if you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, paper technology or related field. You have experience in international sales, ideally within the pulp and paper industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to build strong relationships and effectively influence key stakeholders.
