Finding a new Sales Consultant & Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a driven person for a full-time position, who has a passion for finding new sales opportunities and creating a foundation for large strategic deals. In this role you will be working closely with the Swedish Commercial Director, Group Marketing Manager and the marketing team, as well as Swedish and Finnish Sales Development to create and manage the best sales experience our future customers have ever had. You will also support in Sales meetings, RFP work, creating engaging sales presentations (etc) in collaboration with helpful colleagues. It's not a marketing role per say but marketing skills is a prerequisite.

This is a critical role for Avaus and you will be supported to succeed in your work. You will also have a big group of top-notch colleagues and experts in the field of Data & Analytics, Marketing Technologies, Marketing & Sales strategy to work closely with. As a Sales & SDR Consultant you will likely be doing some of these things:

  • Build and activate meeting booking sequences in provided Engagement Technologies, converting SQLs to sales meetings, further develop our automated way-of-working together with your peers in Sweden, Finland and Germany.
  • Book meetings and handle prospect pipeline in Sweden, ensuring we have a healthy activity level in New Business sales.
  • CRM management and enabler making sure that Account Managers, New Business Sales pipeline and processes are in place and enhanced. Includes close collaboration with Marketing team for improvements in MQL - SQL funneling and technology alignments
  • Creating engaging follow up content for targeted sales opportunities
  • Contribute in / drive sales meetings (over time)
  • Supporting Account Managers and New Business Sales Teams with RFx (RFi / RFQ / RFP) responses to act as an internal Bid Manager
  • Supporting Account Managers and New Business Sales Teams with fine tuning engaging sales presentations, storytelling content etc. in tight collaboration with the Marketing team. 
  • Participate in building a sales mindset and culture within the organisation, including presenting Sales Engine & Marketing updates at internal events and meetings
  • Be the tight link between Sales and Marketing, curating content and programs for sales enablement and efficiency.
  • Support identifying relevant organizations / companies and stakeholders relevant for Avaus’ offering and go to market.
  • Although initial focus should be on developing the Swedish sales and marketing collaboration, aligning, sharing knowledge and learnings across the group will be key

 

Finally, the requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish, proficient in English is a must (both verbal and written). Other languages are seen as a benefit
  • 3-5 years work experience is a merit but not a must. Hunger and personality fit is.
  • Academic education is highly meriting for this position and we value degrees in the Business, Strategy, IT, Sales & Marketing & Data domain.
  • Proven track record within sales & sales development, marketing, data and experience orchestration is meriting but not a must.
  • You need to be a doer, a fast learner, a people person and a team player so any experience as a testament to that is valid.
  • Ambition, drive and can do attitude,  entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn and develop is a must.
  • Ability to act in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on time.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills
