FINLAND & BALTICS
About the Role
As Sales Manager Finland & Baltics, you will lead and develop the Cederroth First Aid sales organisation and a large number of B2B distributors. This is an opportunity to shape commercial growth, strengthen ways of working and develop the market together with a motivated team. You will lead a B2B-sales team of three persons, manage selected key accounts and play a key role in strengthening collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. You will act as an expert in your market and work closely with the international Wound Care First Aid team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the First Aid sales team based in Finland, ensuring clear priorities, strong engagement and structured follow-up.
- Drive sales growth and commercial performance in Finland and the Baltics.
- Manage and develop selected key accounts, including customer planning, negotiations and identification of new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders to strengthen our market position.
- Translate market insights, sales data and customer needs into concrete action plans that improve performance and ways of working.
- Ensure effective use of CRM and available data to follow up activities and results.
- Contribute to Nordic and international Wound Care First Aid projects, sharing local market knowledge and best practices.
What We Expect from You
- Several years of experience in sales management roles, as well as a proven track record of successful sales and key account management, preferably in B2B sales in technical trade or via large B2B distributors
- Strong benefit if you have experience from the PPE category
- Strong business acumen and motivation for continuous improvement
- Good collaboration, teamwork and leadership skills as well as excellent negotiation skills
- A passion for working with people, particularly in a management capacity
- An energetic and enthusiastic personality, as well as a customer-oriented and independent working style
- A relevant university-level education (commercial/business) and a desire to further develop your expertise
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Finnish and English is required. Swedish, Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian is considered an advantage.
- Good IT skills, including M365, Copilot, CRM
- The role involves travel, so you should be comfortable travelling when needed

You will be part of both the Finnish organisation and the Nordic sales organisation, with close collaboration across markets and functions. The position is permanent, reports to the Nordic Sales Manager based in Stockholm and can start as soon as possible.
