Drive Global Growth as Sales Manager at Raute
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen Raute’s global sales team and drive profitable growth across the assigned market area. In this role, you will identify opportunities, develop customer-specific solutions, and lead the full sales process from lead generation to contract closing.
You will act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring that our technical capabilities are translated into compelling commercial value propositions aligned with customer needs.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in selected markets
- Translate customer needs into tailored technical and commercial solutions
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and opportunity development to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closing
- Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams, collaborating closely with engineering, service, and product teams to develop customer-specific solutions
- Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline in line with regional sales targets and business objectives
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensure a seamless handover from the sales phase to project execution
- Travel regularly within Europe, approximately 1–2 weeks per month
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in international B2B sales, ideally within the EMEA region
- Experience in solution-based sales, preferably in an industrial or project business environment
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions in business terms
- Good communication and negotiation skills when working with senior-level customers
- A proactive, sales-driven, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to understand customer needs and leverage internal expertise to deliver value-adding sales solutions
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally
