Build your market, win new customers and drive international growth as a Sales Manager 

Are you motivated by opening new doors, developing customer relationships and turning opportunities into profitable business? 

Premix is a Finnish, internationally operating specialist in electrically conductive plastics. We are already on a strong growth path across international markets and customer industries. To accelerate this development, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager who enjoys winning new customers, building markets and helping take Premix forward. One of our strategic ambitions is to be loved by our customers. For us, this means understanding our customers’ businesses, looking at the market from their perspective and creating value throughout the relationship. 

Your main responsibilities are to: 

  • develop sales and profitability within your assigned market  

  • identify, approach and win new customers  

  • grow business with existing customers  

  • build and manage a strong sales pipeline  

  • identify new applications, markets and business opportunities  

  • lead commercial negotiations and pricing discussions  

  • bring customer and market insights into Premix  

The market area and customer portfolio can be tailored based on your experience and strengths. 

You are likely to succeed if you: 

  • have several years of successful B2B sales experience  

  • enjoy new customer acquisition and business development  

  • take ownership of your market, pipeline and results  

  • are persistent and comfortable with longer sales cycles  

  • understand how to combine new business development with customer growth  

  • focus on understanding customer needs before proposing solutions  

Experience in plastics, polymers, or other technical B2B industries is an advantage but not a requirement.

Location and travel 

This is an international role that requires regular travel to customers, partners, industry events and Premix locations. The primary location for this position is Premix’s headquarters and production site in Rajamäki, Finland but we work in hybrid working model. For an exceptional candidate with particularly relevant experience, another location may also be considered.
