Sales Manager

You'll play a vital role in winning new customers in the Finnish market, with opportunities to contribute to our future international growth. 💼 What you’ll be doing

This isn’t about just hitting targets. It’s about making a real difference by:

  • Driving the full sales process from qualified opportunity to close, acting as a trusted advisor in customer demonstrations, negotiations, and contract signing.

  • Proactively building and enriching your sales pipeline through your own strategic initiatives, in partnership with our BDR and Marketing teams.

  • Executing a sophisticated value-based sales process tailored to the unique needs of HR leaders and C-level executives.

  • Contributing to our international go-to-market strategy as opportunities arise.

We use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fathom and various sales engagement platforms like Apollo and Clevenio – no need to master them all upfront; curiosity and a drive to learn go a long way.

🎯 What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • 4+ years of experience in consultative B2B SaaS sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and building your own pipeline.

  • A "can-do" attitude, a high level of self-motivation.

  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your results.

  • Full professional proficiency in both Finnish and English.

🧑‍💻 Your background

We imagine you might have:

  • Worked in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment (experience in HR-tech is a strong plus).

  • Been part of a growth story, selling to discerning customers and navigating a competitive market.

  • Developed a resilient, proactive, and collaborative working style that helps you and your team succeed.

  • Proficiency in other European languages (like German, French, or Dutch) is considered a significant advantage.

💼 Compensation & Ownership
The base salary for this position is €3,600–€4000 per month, depending on your skills and experience. You will learn more about the variable bonus model and other benefits during the recruitment process. After six months, you may have the opportunity to join our Employee Incentive Program and become a company owner - the way we reward our shared success.
