We are now looking for a new Sales Manager
To succeed in this position, you need to have a solid track record and previous industrial production or technical sales background. Previous experience of working independently with related products is considered a plus. Technical knowledge combined with proven skills in solution selling in B2B environment, new sales experience combined with project sales with an ability to build long lasting customer relationships are valued. You act on a daily basis as a primary Sales Manager, interface to production and R&D and coordinator for all customer activities across different functions meaning that you should have good project management skills.
You are a fearless self-driven team player, that is motivated by results and turning new clients into long -term customer relationships. You have a strong strategic acumen but also an eye for small details and you are able to operate hands-on. As our working environment is very international you should be able to travel and be fluent in both English and Finnish as a working language. We consider other languages, especially German and Swedish as a plus.
Your way of working is hands-on where needed, and very much customer centric. You can energize your colleagues and customers by your personal drive and personality. You communicate clearly and are used to work with different cultures and nationalities. Your way of working is independent and an efficient problem solver that enables your colleagues to do their work more efficiently. An important part of the work will also be to cooperate with the sister companies in the NIBE Group.
